Do I get an account manager to address my customer queries?

It totally depends on the certain metrics that we follow here at vFulfill. 

Account Managers are currently being assigned to key accounts with high order volumes. However, don’t worry If you do not fall into the category. We at vFulfill take care of you with utmost priority. 

We have a client assistance team that is readily available from Monday to Saturday to answer all your customer queries. 

Additionally, you can always direct your customers to write their queries at vFulfill support (support@vfulfill.io) and we would be happy to address them at our earliest.
