Cancellation of verified orders
1. Can I cancel Verified Orders?
Yes, cancellation is available but only limited until the order is not packed in our facility.
Once, the order is packed, we do not provide a cancellation option and the order would be considered as a Return-to-Origin.
2. What happens if I cancel a verified order?
If the cancellation happens before the packaging stage, it would be considered as null and void. The order would not be charged and the order amount will be credited into your vFulfill wallet within 6-7 business days.
Note: If you feel that we missed out on something then, please let us know at support@vfulfill.io and we’ll definitely put it up here.
