Importing and managing products can become a task if not done properly. To make sure you import and manage the products with ease, we have written this guide for you.

Import Products

You can import your products to your Shopify store from either:

1. Discover products (i.e. VF Catalog) or,
   

2. AliExpress
   

1. Discover Products (i.e. VF Catalog) or,

Once you hover on a product, a ‘Add to Import List’ tab will appear, click on the tab to import that particular product into your list.

2. AliExpress

At a given time you can import - either a single product or multiple products basis your requirements from AliExpress. 

-Importing a single product

To import a single product, follow the simple steps listed below:

Step 1: In your vFulfill dashboard, go to Products >>  go to ‘Import List’ >> click on Import on the top right of the dashboard under the profile section.  

Step 2:  A pop-up will appear to enter the Product-ID or Product-URL you wish to import. Once you enter those, click on Import

- Importing multiple products

Follow these simple steps to import multiple products,

Step 1: In your vFulfill dashboard, go to Products >>  go to ‘Import List’ >> click on Import on the top right of the dashboard under the profile section. 

Step 2: Once the pop-up appears, click on the ‘Import products in bulk’ option below and choose whether you want to import through Product URLs or Product IDs.

Step 3: Enter either the Product URLs or IDs and click on Import.

Managing Products

You can now manage all product-related information like details, description, media, and variants of the products you wish to sell in the ‘Import List’ under ‘Products’ tabs within your vFulfill Dashboard. 

The ‘Import List’ acts as a bridge between your vFulfill dashboard and Shopify Store. You can customize product information here and directly export it to your Shopify store. 

vFulfill helps you to make custom changes to each product so that you have a tailored outlook of the product in your Shopify store. 

Each product in the Import list has aspects like: 

• Product: Here, you can select the product type, add it to a specific collection, and add tags according to your Shopify for ease of operations.   
  

• Details: If you wish to add more details to the product before listing it on the Shopify. The details section of a product helps you do that. 
  

• Variants: There are multiple variants to some products, you can choose to keep the ones you wish to sell in your store. Additionally, you can even update the pricing of particular variants here via ‘Edit Pricing’ option available on the top
  

• Images: Select the images and videos you wish to display on your Shopify store
  

• Override Product: The override option specifically helps in replacing your existing Shopify products with a new, better and enhanced version of the same product or with a product of similar functionality. 
  

• Split Product: If a product has multiple variants, you can split those variants into different products. 
  

• Delete Product: If you no longer wish to sell this product, you can delete it from your import list.
  

Once you finish customizing the product as per your requirements, click on ‘Export to Store’ and, TAA-DAA! 

All the updated information will start showing up on your Shopify Store
