In case of Non-Delivery, how do I ensure shipment redelivery?

If a customer doesn’t receive the order, due to unaccounted reasons like unavailability, etc., you would obviously want to reattempt delivery. 

Once the order is returned, it comes under the NDR panel into your dashboard and you have 24 hours to take action on that order whether or not you want to reattempt delivery. 

As a standard and successful practice, it is better to ensure that you process the NDR orders in the vFulfill dashboard every day. 

Please note if no action is taken over the order which is under NDR for 24 hours - It automatically gets marked as RTO and no reattempt would be made on the order

To be able to reattempt the order you just simply need to go to Shipments >> NDR and then click on the Reattempt.
