Is there a refund policy for delayed deliveries?

It totally depends on a case-to-case basis and we follow standard practice in case of delivery delays where: 


  • We first identify the point of delay in the entire process 

  • As a second step, check with our partners in China & India to understand the cause of the delay

  • As a final step, after analyzing we take necessary action and give updates on the same
