How to link your existing Shopify products with vFulfill

We understand you might already be running an online store on Shopify and concerned about how to link those existing products in your store with vFulfill.  Well, don’t worry, we will help you with the same. 

At the same time, it is also crucial for you to understand that linking your existing Shopify products is the only way vFulfill can help you fulfill orders on these products.

To link your existing products with vFulfill, please follow the simple steps below: 

Step 1: In your vFulfill dashboard, go to Products tab >> further select the ‘My Products’ section. The page will have a ‘Filter Products’ option on the top-left corner. 

Step 2: From the drop-down that appears, select the ‘Not Linked’ products. Once you do that, the page will show all your existing Shopify products that are not linked with vFulfill.  

Step 3: Now each product will have a ‘Link Product’ option available below. If you wish to link these products, click on the ‘Link Product’ option and a pop-up will appear with 2 options:

1.  Link the product using AliExpress

• If you want to link the product using AliExpress then, enter the Product ID or Product URL and click on Next 

• Then select the variant and click on Save & Continue 
  

2. Link the product from Import List

• If you want to link the product from the import list then, select the product you would like to link your existing product with and click on Next.  

• Then select the variant and click on Save & Continue 

Note: It is important to note that even after linking a product, there can be times, when, suggested selling price and vFulfill MRP, etc, are not available. 

Please note, we are currently working to fetch more details about this product to be able to give you exact pricing for the fulfillment of any orders on this product. 

This takes about 24 hours. We will notify you as soon as we have information on this product. 

If the product doesn’t show up even, after 24 hours, please feel free to escalate this issue to our product team using the ‘Escalate’ option available below.
