Track your order status on vFulfill

The next step that comes in after you have forwarded all your orders to vFulfill is "tracking your orders."


To be able to track the order status, you need to go to the ‘Orders’ tab and click on ‘In-Processing’


You will see all your In-Processing orders listed under this tab. Now at the extreme right of the order, you’ll find the status of your order. 


There are basically 2 types of status your orders are classified into,


1. In Processing: It means that your order has not been packed yet which is why you cannot really check anything in that particular order.


The tracking for the order starts when it gets packed and forwarded ahead. 


2. In Transit: It means that your order has been packed, and when you will click on this status - you will be taken to the shipment section where you will view the Shipment number and Tracking number. 


After clicking on the Tracking number, you will be redirected to our delivery partner’s page where you will see everything about the order status. 


In case you want to get more clarity on the nature of orders - we recommend that you filter down the orders on basis of the Payment Status, vF Order Status, Fulfillment Status and Shipment Status filters.

 

Note: Order status and Shipment status are 2 different types of status. You can know more about the Shipment tracking here

Please note that you can also download the entire order data by simply downloading the CSV file by clicking on ‘Download CSV’ option.
