We have a real-time shipment tracking feature within the vFulfill dashboard for you to monitor your orders and do not give out intimation alerts for every delayed order.
However, if deliveries are getting impacted for any unprecedented reasons like natural calamities or emergencies, we will keep you updated on the status of orders in such cases.
