Placing orders at vFulfill

Placing orders on vfulfill

Now that you have taken all the necessary actions to manage your orders in our dashboard, it is time for you to understand how you can quickly start placing orders by the following stepwise journey.

Step 1: Once you are in Open Orders, the first step should be to verify the details of your customer by going to the ‘Customer Info. section.

Now the order can be of a single product or can have multiple line items - which is why we highly recommend that you verify the customer details of each section.

There are 2 ways to verify if the orders are ‘Good to be placed’ with vFulfill,

1. You can verify the order after you feel that the address and the details of the particular order are correct and seem genuine.

2. If you have a dedicated team working under you, then you can simply ask them to call the customer and confirm all the details including the order, address, line items, etc..

Note: Make sure that the information (phone number and address) of the customer's order is absolutely correct.

Now, once the customer has confirmed the order, you need to click on ‘Verify’.

Step 2: After you are sure that you would like to forward the orders to vFulfill - You need to select all the orders which you want to pass to vFulfill and then click on ‘Verify & Order’.

You can also select all the verified orders from vFulfill Order Status filter and then click on ‘Verify & Order’.

After you click on ‘Verify & Order’ that’s when vFulfill officially receives your order. And our delivery process starts right from that particular date.

Step 3: In case you have any particular information which you want to pass, then you can write that in Notes’ and we’ll take care of that.

Let’s say, you have an order which you want to deliver on a particular date which is post 14 days after you placed the order, then you can write this information in the Notes and we’ll make sure that the order gets delivered on that particular date.

Now, once the customer has confirmed the order, you need to click on ‘Verify’.
