Know Your Customers (KYC) is an extremely important step to ensure that your identification and bank details are connected and stored with us.
Since vFufill will receive & collect payments on your behalf, hence it becomes crucial for us to keep a track of all transactions and to ensure that we make timely payments to your vF wallet.
There are 4 types of categories that one can fit in under & then accordingly see below the process for that specific category only :
Category 1: If you are an Individual registered in India
Category 2: If you are an Organisation registered in India
Category 3: If you are an Individual not registered in India
Category 4: If you are an Organisation not registered in India
Now, to get your KYC verified, all you need to do is follow these simple steps below:
Step 1: In your vFulfill dashboard, under Your Quick Start Guide click on the ‘Complete your profile’ section >> Upload Documents
Step 2: Now, choose the category you fit in:
Category 1: If you are an Individual/Organisation registered in India
Category 2: If you are an Individual/Organisation not registered in India
Category 1: If you are an Individual/Organisation registered in India
If you are an Individual registered in India:
If you are an Individual registered in India, then enter your Name, Address, PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Phone Number. After entering these details, click on ‘Continue’.
Now, enter your Banking Details which includes your IFSC Code, Account Number, Beneficiary Name. After entering these details, click on ‘Continue’.
As a last step upload your KYC Documents which includes your PAN Card and Aadhar Card.
If you are an organization registered in India:
If you are an Individual registered in India, then enter your Name, Address, PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Phone Number. After entering these details, click on ‘Continue’.
Now, enter your Banking Details which includes your IFSC Code, Account Number, Beneficiary Name. After entering these details, click on ‘Continue’.
As a last step upload your KYC Documents which includes your PAN Card and Aadhar Card.
Category 2: If you are an Individual/Organisation not registered in India
If you are an Individual not registered in India:
If you are an Individual not registered in India, then enter your name, address, Identity Proof and Phone Number. After entering these details, click on ‘Continue’.
Now, enter your Banking Details which includes your Swift Code, Account Number and Beneficiary Name. After entering these details, click on ‘Continue’.
As a last step upload your KYC Documents which includes your Identity Proof.
If you are an Organisation not registered in India:
If you are an organisation not registered in India, then enter your Business Name, Business Identity Number, Authorized Signatory's ID, Authorized Signatory's Name, Address and Phone Number. After entering these details, click on ‘Continue’.
Now, enter your Banking Details which includes your Swift Code, Account Number and Beneficiary Name. After entering these details, click on Continue.
As a last step upload your KYC Documents which includes your Authorized Signatory's ID.
Note: Please note that KYC is necessary to get started with placing the orders, so make sure that you have all the right documents uploaded with us.
